Ahhhh I have no idea how to use my husband’s camera!  Someday I may have to learn … but in the meantime, you’ll just have to excuse the out-of-focus crazies.

On to to projects. :)

The projects from this month are all very inspired by others.  Hooray for a sharing community!

This 1st card was fun because each girl gets to choose her own animal and sentiment.  (Thank you Angie for the inspiration on this one!  I loved the simplicity of her card, so I basically just changed the colors for a boy/neutral card.)

We used the stamp set Fox & Friends for the animals.  I love these animals! fox-friends

The words came from another favorite, Well Scripted. well-scriptedThe girls in my club this week came up with some darling combinations!

Our 2nd card is inspired by Shelli herself.  I saw several places online an example of a card she showed at the recent Leadership Convention.  I changed several details, but I loved her card with these 3 hearts in a row.

That large heart stamp is probably my favorite from this set, I {Heart} Hearts.

You may recognize this as the stamp set that I mentioned here with the Haiti relief effort.  Be sure to check that out.  And the way that small heart punch coordinates with the teeny “love” heart stamp from this set?  Cute!

Also on that card, though it’s faint in the picture, you may see that I used a texture plate for the background.  These are a fantastic way to add a quick, fun texture to your projects with the Big Shot machine.

For our 3rd project, thank you Andrea for the idea on this one!  I love these!  And my kids really love them.

Imagine how cute this last picture would be if that flower was in focus?  Awwwwww. :)   I love little chubby fingers. (I may be especially biased when they belong to my babies.  Possibly.)

And here’s a thought … do you see my daughter’s shirt there?  Those birds and those colors?  I just may have to use that shirt as inspiration for a card soon!  Cute!  If you do, let me know!  I’d love to see your creation.
