I’m on a bit of a hiatus right now, since we just decided last minute to finish the basement this week! Ahh! We’re nuts, and my stamp room is completely inaccessible right now.
In the meantime, I realized that I forgot to post this vinyl from my daughter’s bedroom.
I put this up a little big ago. She loves having her name up there.
Have I mentioned that she’s been obsessed with butterflies all year? Well, she has. She was a butterfly for Halloween and her baby sister was a bee. She was 2 1/2, so she told everyone they were “buh-fly and bumbabee.” She also chose a butterfly birthday party when she turned 3, so yes, all things butterfly this year for her.
Wish us luck with our insanity for the next couple weeks!

I was just taking a peek through our Definitely Decorative catalog, trying to decide which piece of vinyl would look good on my laptop.
So why not this?? But maybe in black?
That way, if anyone asks what I’m doing when I’m playing on the computer, I won’t be lying when I answer “laundry.” Eh? Eh?

I’m not trying to make summer move along any faster … it’s going WAY TOO FAST already! But, let’s face it: I am in serious need of cute, inexpensive home decorations. So I made myself a little treat for the Thanksgiving season.
Not to toot my own horn, but kinda cute, eh?
(And really, why have a blog if not to toot one’s horn?? )
This was super simple, and I actually put it together really fast. The idea is from Convention 2008 (which I didn’t attend but saw many pictures of) and is just a cheap shadow box from a craft store, some silk flowers, and our Season of Thanks vinyl. The background is our cute Autumn Traditions designer series paper.
I’m excited to have one more thing to get out in November!
